The Holley Mason Building is a National Register landmark building located in Downtown Spokane. Working with ConoverBond Development and the Spokane School District, this historic adaptive re-use project involved negotiations and structuring of the property acquisition, property development, historic tax credits agreements, construction and design agreements, construction process, leasing and on-going property development matters.
